AI Profit Boardroom review: is it worth it in 2026?
I'm a lifetime member. Here's what's actually inside the current curriculum, Agent OS included, what other members and outside voices say about it, and the three kinds of person who should skip it.
Worth it if you'll actually build with it. Not worth it if you're collecting logins.
AI Profit Boardroom is a paid Skool community run by Julian Goldie. The current curriculum centers on Agent OS and Hermes, his framework for running teams of AI agents from one dashboard, alongside daily livestream coaching, five live calls a week, and a library of importable automations.
It's a resource and a room, not a course with an end date. Value depends entirely on whether you show up and build something with what's inside, not on how much is in the vault.
The honest failure mode isn't that the material is thin. It's that a thousand-plus resources feel like permission to keep researching instead of shipping one thing.

What AI Profit Boardroom costs
Checked on the official page, 18 September 2026. Prices on flash tiers move, so confirm before you pay.
Two guarantees are advertised: a 7 day no questions refund, and a 30 day ROI guarantee. Read the exact wording of both on the official refund page before joining, since an ROI guarantee always carries conditions about what you actually implemented.
At $69 a month the membership runs about $828 a year. One retained client, one working lead system, or one saved contractor invoice covers it. If none of those is plausible for you within ninety days, price isn't the real problem. Fit is.
What's actually inside
The curriculum has shifted. Agent OS and Hermes are the current core, not the older workflow-only framing you may have seen in older reviews.
- Agent OS current core
- Julian's framework for running a team of AI agents from one dashboard, wired into Claude, Hermes and other models. This is what most of the recent daily content is built around.
- Hermes agent runtime
- The open-source agent Julian runs inside Agent OS, covering memory, voice, browser automation and scheduled tasks. A large share of the library assumes you're wiring this in.
- Daily livestream coaching high value
- Julian goes live most days, which is why the material stays current as tools change week to week rather than going stale like a static course.
- Five live calls a week recorded
- Structured sessions on tools, implementation and Q and A. Recordings post if you can't attend live.
- Workflow vault legacy layer
- Over 1,000 importable n8n automations for lead generation, content and outreach. Still there and still usable, just no longer the headline of what's taught day to day.
- Member community 3,500+
- Active feed with documented wins. A dead community is the most expensive kind of purchase there is. This one is not dead.
Where it falls short
The section most reviews of this program skip.
The shift to Agent OS has a steeper learning curve than the old vault
Importing an n8n workflow was mostly copy, paste, connect. Setting up an actual Agent OS with Hermes wired in asks more of you technically. If you're newer to this, budget more than a weekend before you have something working.
Some of it genuinely needs a computer
The community, calls and Q and A work fine on a tablet. Setting up an Agent OS or debugging Hermes is a desktop job. I'm iPad-based myself, so that's the one part of the curriculum I've had to plan real desktop time around.
Who it fits
Join if
- You're willing to sit with the Agent OS learning curve, not just the plug-and-play vault
- You learn by asking questions in public and watching people build live
- You have some desktop time available each week
Skip if
- You want it built for you. Nobody builds it for you here
- You need private one to one coaching on your specific business
- You're looking for income without effort. It isn't that

In public conversations with Julian Goldie, Dooley has praised AI Profit Boardroom as one of the best communities for learning AI, and talked through his own review of what's inside.
The 7-point filter
Two minutes, before you join. The exact filter I run every AI program through: seven questions that take two minutes and save you months.
Questions people ask before joining
What is AI Profit Boardroom?
A paid membership community on Skool run by Julian Goldie. The current curriculum is built around Agent OS and Hermes, alongside daily coaching, five live calls a week, and a library of AI automations.
How much does AI Profit Boardroom cost?
$69 a month on the official page as of 18 September 2026, advertised as reduced from $110. Flash tiers change, confirm the current figure before paying.
Is AI Profit Boardroom legit or a scam?
It's a real membership, real community, a founder with a public track record, and a published refund policy. Whether it's worth your money is a separate question from whether it's legitimate.
Is AI Profit Boardroom still just n8n workflows?
No. The vault of importable n8n workflows is still there, but the current daily content and coaching center on Agent OS and Hermes, running teams of AI agents rather than single automations.
Can I get a refund?
A 7 day no questions refund and a 30 day ROI guarantee are advertised. An ROI guarantee normally requires evidence of implementation, so read the published policy before joining.
Do I need to know how to code?
Not to import a workflow. Setting up an Agent OS with Hermes asks a bit more technically than the old copy-paste vault did, so budget more time if you're newer to this.
Can I do this from a phone or iPad?
The community, calls and Q and A work well on the Skool app. Building out an Agent OS is a desktop job. I'm iPad-based myself, so that's the part I plan desktop time around.
What is Skool, and do I need an account?
Skool is the platform AI Profit Boardroom runs on: community, courses and calls in one place, with a solid phone app. You get a free Skool account automatically when you join AIPB through the link on this page. Thinking of running your own community one day? You can start your 14-day free trial.
How do I cancel?
Membership is billed monthly through Skool, cancellation is handled in your Skool billing settings, and you keep access until the end of the paid period.
Are you an affiliate, and does that change this review?
Yes, I'm a lifetime member and an affiliate, and I earn a commission if you join through my link. That's exactly why the limits section above exists. If a review has no downside section, ask what it's for.
New to Skool?
The platform AI Profit Boardroom runs on.
Skool is where the whole thing lives: the community feed, the course classroom, and the live calls, all in one place with a solid phone app. I do most of my AIPB time from an iPad, and that is exactly how. Lessons in the classroom, questions in the feed, recordings when I miss a call live.
You do not need to set anything up separately. A free Skool account is created for you automatically when you join through the link above.
If you have ever thought about running your own paid community one day, Skool lets you try it with a 14-day free trial. Start your 14-day free trial.
My verdict, one more time
AI Profit Boardroom earns its price for someone who will actually sit down and build with Agent OS, not just collect workflows. It's wasted money if you treat the library as something to browse rather than something to ship from.
